Band Bio

The Lookout Service was formed in the winter of 2018.  Hailing from Toronto, the group has been playing across the city in classic bars and clubs and continues to grow.  The sound of the band is a mixture of styles, and features a combination of gritty indie rock guitars, massive bellowing drums and anthemic vocals unique to the underground of Toronto.  The band is known for delivering a high-octane performance full of energy that grabs hold of the audience and leaves them wanting more.

Our Work 

To date, The Lookout Service's has released two singles, with an upcoming EP on the way. All of The Lookout Service's songs can be found in over 150+ digital music stores and major streaming services such as:  Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube, Bandcamp and Soundcloud.

The Lookout Service has also released a music video for "When I Was a Young Man". The video features clips from shows played throughout classic Ontario rock clubs and venues. 

The catalog of The Lookout Service's music includes 90 minutes of heavy-hitting tracks aimed at getting the audience up and jumping, indie rock jams perfect for personal playlists and a few slower and more intimate tunes for quiet home listening. As for the near future, The Lookout Service is focusing on their debut major recording, which will be an EP scheduled to release later this year. 

Past Shows

The Lookout Service has played multiple shows since the band's debut in February 2019, the band has played some of the classic Toronto music spots including: Lee's Palace, Horseshoe Tavern, Sneaky Dee's, The Boat, Cherry Cola's Rock N' Rolla Cabaret Lounge, Supermarket, Einstein's, The Cavern Bar and  The Rockpile. the band has played charity events supporting The Red Balloon Foundation and small outdoor festivals like Times Square Festival across Ontario.
